Key Priorities 2025/2026

 Leadership 

• Develop foundation subjects – DT, RE and Music  

• Improve staff knowledge of SEND across school   

Quality of Education  

• Develop quality first teaching to support all pupils:  adaptive teaching and pedagogy  

• Reading- develop KS2 fluency.
• Writing- ensure clear end points for each year group

• Review assessment of core subjects across school : use of standardise assessments across school, gap analysis, moderation- across school and trust. 

Behaviour and attitudes and PD 

• Improve attendance to above National and significantly reduce the number of PAs 

• Develop a clear and effective monitoring, analysis and review of behaviour incidents
